Amplis Foto Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, the Laowa lens will be free of manufacturer defects for three (3) years from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer in Canada. Register your lens by completing the form below.
If you have a warranty claim, you may return the lens to the authorized Laowa Canada dealer from whom it was purchased or send it directly to Amplis Foto. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem and full contact information including your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please pack equipment carefully, insure it and ship it prepaid (Find out how to properly pack your equipment for repair). We will not accept any shipment that is not fully prepaid.
If the lens is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Amplis will pay the return shipping charge. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear or cleaning including dust and is void if lens is impact damaged, misused, tampered with or serviced by anyone other than Amplis Foto Inc. or its authorized agents.
If the lens requires non-warranty repairs, we will provide you with a preliminary estimate. Please note that Amplis charges an estimate fee of $30.00.
Amplis Foto shall not be liable for any injury, loss damage direct or indirect or consequence arising out of the use or the inability to use the lens. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
You should always retain your original proof of purchase for your records. You must present your dated proof of purchase that includes model number, serial number and price from an authorized dealer in Canada if you are in need of repair service.
